Colin was very efficent, mine was a difficult job to do, but sussed it how and did it in a shorter time than he would. He left everything clean and tidy. Steve has done a great job on what was a tricky project. My original builders had walked away after making several mistakes, leaving me with no upper banisters. Steve was prepared to take this challenge on, having to fit a newel post over a steel support. He has almost finished & we are just waiting on a part to complete. Steve gave a lot of thought & careful planning to make sure he got it right & works to a very high standard. He has been polite, courteous & respectful whilst on the property.

Kevin from bespoke fibreglass replaced my dilapidated felt garage roof which has been leaking for a while. Cleaned up the surface re-borded and fibreglasses on top followed by a nice flowcoat, materials were removed and I have a nice watertight garage roof that will last for years. Julian was very friendly, flexible and capable in completing a wide ranging job for us; including knocking through a wall to fit a new doorway, bricking up a door way and replacing it with a new window and helping design and construct an above ground fully insulated wine cellar. He also helped with the various building certification visits (which was very helpful as we had limited knowledge of the requirements). We found Julian's advice on construction materials and practicalities very helpful and were very happy with the clarity and level of costs/timing quoted at every stage. He was also flexible and understanding to changes/additions to the scope of work during the project. Julian seemed to be very happy to work to our timetable in terms of work and budget. After and during all the various stages of work Julian made sure to leave the house in good order, so the work was not too disrupting to our lives. We were very happy and would definitely use Julian again (and recommend others to do so).
