Very happy with the work Dan and Gavin have done for us. During the job one or two things presented them with some unforeseen challenges but they weren't phased at all. They were extremely polite, worked from 8 until 5, hardly downing tools all throughout the day and cleared and removed all waste when they were finished. All work was finished to a high standard and within the estimated time. What more can you ask.

Really happy with the work carried out. They came out promptly, explained the different options clearly, and helped find the best solution for the flooring damage by the balcony door. The mat was fitted professionally and neatly, and they also matched it closely to the existing matting which looks great. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards as well. Would definitely recommend.

The team was well organised, professional, and clearly experienced in fire safety compliance. This was a restoration project. Tom came and surveyed the job and provided a fixed price costed list of the work agreed. Any extra work which arose was priced and agreed as work progressed. Chris did an excellent job replacing our staircase! He provided a competitive quote and was happy to advise us on the various options available with recommendations. He worked to our schedule and was happy to do the job in line with the dates we gave him. The final product is as promised and with no surprises! Chris kept us updated with regular calls, texts and photos which was welcome. Very easy to work with and we would have him back to do further carpentry work without hesitation. We were happy before it rained and we thoroughly checked their work. They left mess, razor sharp edges on the glass, and glass overhanging neighbours land a little bit. We asked them to return to remedy this which they said they would do this coming Tuesday. Since then we have also noticed that they have cut our glass too short, cut the new hardwood at too steep an angle which was bodged in with wood filler, and now it's rained this new roof has massively leaked. In places where the glass is cut too short and even along the length of one of the new wooden beams; must be missing a bit of silicone. It is now Saturday and we have called them 2 days ago on Thursday, yesterday Friday we called and texted, and today again we both texted and one of us called them, to check if they are still coming on Tuesday or not. 3 days is not unreasonable to return a call or text just to confirm either way. More rain is due between now and then, concerned about lack of communication and quality of work.
