Big let down. Had booked him a couple of weeks in advance. He dropped me an email a couple of days before the job saying that he is going on holiday and will not be able to make it - claims holiday was booked without him knowing. Unprofessional and obviously not bothered about customers or negative feedback. The least I expect would be for him to organise for one of his pals to do the work.

John produced a reasonably priced quote, and was quick to start the work. Whilst he was here he was very professional, and the work was done to a high standard. Afterwards he left the place clean and tidy. I would recommend John, and will keep him in mind for future jobs.

Wouldnt recommend. Uploaded pics tell the story how well the job was finished. Chips on the floor and random cuts in new skirtingboards. Cut the wrong end of the basin vanity. Also paid to have things removed which some were taken and some left. Charged me for silicone/adhesives but used my supplies instead. Left the place very messy, including silicone plastered all over new radiator which I spent ages cleaning. Within a week of completion massive toilet leak AGAIN which I paid a plumber to fix who said you obviously got a cowboy to do this job! Fabio's comments which really annoyed me, apparently I don't like men? Telling someone to do their job right is a problem! 2 day job finished in 3 due to late starts and early finishes!

I am so pleased with the standard of work and could not recommend Blinding Builders more. My bathroom has been transformed and finished to such a high standard Michelle gave the initial quote and she was very friendly and helpful .and gave some good advice. Rob worked very hard and it was a pleasure having him doing the work. He was friendly and professional and nothing was too much for him. The quote was very reasonable I know that there are many builders on the site but I would urge you to choose Blinding Builders, for excellent work at a competitive rate

Brady and the lads did a fantastic job building me a fully insulated rendered block garden room. I went for Ellis Phillip because both Brady and Andrew are genuinely decent and trustworthy guys. They were tidy from the onset and even covered my whole driveway in a layer of board and plastic sheet before the job started to prevent and damage and mess. Good quality of work and finish. Brady uses the same teams (eg plasterers, electrician, etc) for his jobs and they all work well together and communicate all aspects of the job with each other which helps alot. Nothing was too much trouble - we made numerous last minute changes throughout the job and he was happy to accommodate them. Job finished in a decent time scale. We're extremely pleased with the finished result and would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
