The work carried out has been completed to a very high standard. I would 100% recommend Tom Mitchell Construction. Tom and his team were excellent in their work and also in their friendliness. The work commenced in April and was completed in July which was approximately 12 weeks from start to finish. This included all the ground works for the extension, the new build part and then all the work inside including all services & installation of a new sun room/larger kitchen and newly formed downstairs toilet/shower room. Tom always kept me well informed at every stage of the work and always ensured that I was happy. Although I am happy that the work is completed, it was less stressful that I thought it might be which is all due to choosing Tom Mitchell Construction to carry out the work. The enhancement the extension has made to my property is immense and I am so happy with the finished product.

The work we can provide includes… FD30 Door and frames Standard Doors and frames Skirting Architraves Laminate flooring We also can cater for other needs just ask and we will be happy to help. When we do all of our jobs we make sure they are left perfect as if it was our own house and no need to worry about the clean up we will leave it spotless

Timing and price good, but relied on me for accurate measurements. Then told me The doorframe should have had greater depth to fit a cavity wall's thickness. Poorly fitted push bar needed my adjustment after completion, and no sealant supplied to seal frame to wall exteriorly. With a few hints this lad could become really expert.
