It all started so well... Steven was keen, friendly, professional. The combined shed/garden room he built is great. He works hard and is open to changing things to the layout. BUT - and it's a big but... I also got Steven to build a woodshed. He assured me it was watertight - it's not. Rain collects on the seam of the membrane and has soaked my expensive firewood. When I contacted him to fix this asap he said he was busy - he considered the job done - it was just UNFORTUNATE that the woodshed was leaking. Never in all my years hiring tradesmen have I had someone say their failure to carry out a job was unfortunate... I have messaged him a few times more - and heard nothing back. I guess now he's got his money from me, he doesn't give a shit, leaving me to pay another joiner to fix his poor workmanship. (he also left behind four saws and a stack of wood planks) He's basically shafted me and I would advise anyone to NOT TO USE KERR JOINERY. The guy has really let himself down here.

Mick has done an excellent job, no wasting any time just got on with the task and I'm very happy with the outcome. His price was very reasonable and he was very friendly he sorted out a couple of jobs that he hadn't charge me for, he was a nice guy. I will definitely use him again he cleaned up after himself, I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needed joiner work done. Thanks again Mick love my new decking and shed you built.

We needed replacement emergency exit doors fitted at our church. Right from the start the job went well, Gary came out and listened to what we wanted and gave advice where appropriate. Quote was very competitive and he even went out of his way to drop a sample of the door off to us. Called out day before work was done to make sure we were happy with new lock that was being fitted. On the day of the works the guys arrived and were very polite and professional in their works. We were shown the finished job before they left to make sure we were happy with the work which we were and they tidied up and took all waste away with them. All in all a very good experience and would certainly recommend them to anybody wanting a reasonably priced, professional job done.
