James did a fantastic job. Very happy with my doors and the discount he was able to get me. Would certainly recommend him to other. There is only one very small improvement necessary which is to communicate more frequently with client and clearly lay out time job will take. This small point would certainly not stop me from using James again. When on site he is very professional and completely engages with client a very lovely and trustworthy person

Fantastic fixed a summerhouse that the walls had lifted along with the roof had to take off windows and door frames to refix the walls for support , first guys to come in and say they are not sure how to fix until frames came off , brilliant work guys highly recommend

Ibrahim is unusual as Joiners go on MyBuilder, in so far as the attention to detail he gives to his work. He is very informative, had excellent communication with me about the job and worked very late to finish the job to enable me to reopen my business. Ibrahim is a gentleman, very polite and cares deeply about his clients. He tries his upmost to satisfy their job requirements. I have never hired anyone on mybuilder who is so diligent. He takes his time to get things right and offers good ideas and advice to keep costs down. I really appreciate having him do work for me because I can trust that it will be done as well as possible. I have had Ibrahim do quite a few jobs for me including laminate flooring which he made a beautiful job of. He takes his time to ensure the job is done to the highest standard. My experience with Scott has been a nightmare. I contracted him to fit a kitchen, replace doors and skirting. I asked him if he was qualified to lay Karndean flooring and he said he was. However, he subcontracted the floor laying to someone else without consulting me. The flooring was laid which cost a lot of money and the job was substandard with several issues ranging from scratches, big gaps and several boards not stuck down. Scott agreed with my concerns initially and said he would return with the floorer to put things right. When he returned the floorer was aggressive and threatened to return to my home to sort me out. This left me afraid in my own home. Some amendments were made but there are still several issues and an independent specialist report recommends the floor is lifted completely. I have been trying to get Scott to repair the floor for four months but he says I should be grateful to have such a nice home. He has attacked me on a personal level rather than take responsibility for his error of judgment. It is fair to say that this situation is unfortunate because Scott trusted the floorer but he was let down. However, it was Scott I contracted so it is his responsibility to put things right. But he abdicates responsibility. I’ve tried hard to resolve this informally but Scott refuses to engage so I now have to take formal action which I really hoped to avoid.

Extremely pleased! Jordan called back within an hour of posting and arranged to come out and estimate the job the same day. He messaged a quote the following day (very reasonable cost) which I accepted and he and his brother arrived first thing this morning and completed the job about 4 hours later. They were both very polite, laid down floor covering from the door to the job site and cleaned up afterwards. Very pleasant to deal with. Overall a very neat job. A job I have been trying to get done, on and off, for the last two years. Would not hesitate to use them again, in fact they are now quoting for another small job.
