Although the job costed lot more than initial estimate but that was due to the scope of remedial work. Romeo is definitely very skilled tradesman and knows his stuff. William was reliable and dependable from the first time we made contact. We were distressed by our leaking bathroom. He was fast to quote and to book us in. He turned up when he said he would and when he couldn't, he communicated this in advance. We asked him to entirely renovate our bathroom. He completed the work in the time frame he suggested at the start. He left us with a working toilet each night. What we appreciated perhaps the most was William's attitude. He worked relentlessly, listened to us and did everything he could to accommodate what we were looking for. He explained things patiently, respected us and our property, and organised all the materials and tradespeople, as and when he needed them, so we didn't have to. He emailed us each night, explaining what he completed and what he had planned for the next day.
