I contacted A1 builders for a quote on an extension inside kitchen area renovated with new fitted kitchen installed. The quote was fair and we did come into some complications but it was rectified. Workers were polite and friendly although a little untidy but the end result far exceeded my expectations and I’m very happy with the work and will use A1 builders again.

I asked for 2 radiators to be replaced I was informed his dad said we should not have our back boiler , even when we explained that it had just been serviced by British Gas .so I cancelled the work and will try again

Wouldn't recommend him left shower and corner cubicle in box fitted shower panels and who puts shower panels up on a brick wall told him I wanted black sparkly panels he brings cream he left very sharply and was going to Cardiff to get what I want and never came back. But taken all the payment got Gareth the gas man in aberaman to finish the job he was shocked he said you have to do all the layers of damp and cover the brickwork before panelling . It taken 30 seconds to dismantle the cream panels so my builder boss Gavin was shocked and has all the photos of the jobs he left he told me to put my review on to warn others thanks jr

I live in a Victorian Terrace House with four floors. This has long hallways, several staircases and high ceilings. The project was the decoration of all the hallways and staircases - wallpaper for the walls themselves, and painting the Ceilings, doors, woodwork etc. This was done excellently and the result looks magnificent. In particular the application of the patterned wallpaper over such a large area, involving some very long drops, was extremely good. This was a large project, but it was carried out quickly. They came when they said they would or gave prior notice of any changes. The project was completed on budget and on time. I would say that Andrew's strengths are providing very high quality work reliably and quickly. It was also a great advantage that supporting building work, such as plastering walls and ceilings to prepare them for decoration was also done quickly. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Lee and Urban Property Services.
