Tony was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He came out to assess the staircase and advised that he would be able to provide a more accurate quote if he could see the area better as there was a plasterboard wall in the way. Tony allowed us to do as much of the work as we wanted and were able to do and therefore brought down the price in relation to this. Tony did not mind providing 3 different quotes - full oak, oak and pine spindles and full pine, to enable us to make a well informed decision that suited our budget. Alterations in design were accommodated to our preferences which is really refreshing compared to other tradespeople we have encountered who have been a little rigid with their approach and do not often offer alternatives to help add that personal touch to our home. Tony arrived promptly, completed the work to a impeccable standard and also offered valuable advice on the aftercare of the oak. He even tidied up after himself - I swear he left it tidier than when he arrived! We are over the moon with our beautiful staircase that now has tinsel and lights twinkling between the spindles - a perfect centrepiece to our home. We will definitely be hiring Tony again for other carpentry jobs around our home and recommend him to all.

Sonny built a new chimney surround, lay a hearth and bricked up a window & door in our newly converted lounge. We were very pleased with the work that Sonny completed for us. The quality of all the work was to a high standard, and he always left the workplace tidy at the end of a day's work. In addition, he was reliable, helpful and friendly. Finally he was reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

TL Joinery had done several jobs for us over the last 9 months. We originally hired them to rehang a door in our office that had been installed quite poorly by a different company. Todd arrived on time and was polite and courteous. I showed him the issues we were having with it sticking and not sitting flush and he talked me through what needed to be done. He quickly fixed the door to my satisfaction, added an insurance recommended 5 lever lock and also repaired another badly fitting door while he was here. He cleaned up after himself and made arrangements to replace us a damaged wooden panel at our home. About a week later he came and removed a damaged bath facia panel and replaced it with a modern composite one and made good the sealant. Again he turned up on time and completed the work with no fuss and cleaned up after himself. Recently he has been to repair a broken kitchen countertop and we’ve just made another appointment to look at replacing some balustrade. We have no hesitation is recommending him to others.
