Damian came out to assess the work and was incredibly professional, polite, and transparent, providing a realistic time frame and a very competitive quote. The communication throughout the process was outstanding. They kept us informed about every detail ahead of the installation and patiently answered all of our questions, no matter how small, without making us feel silly for asking. The team repaired our fireplace and chimney and installed a log burner, all while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. What stood out most was their honesty and thoroughness—when an issue arose with the roof, they promptly made us aware of it and resolved it as part of the job.
