Samet was very polite. He was open to a price negotiation. He booked my appointment on the same day we spoke and he came on time. Samet changed my 2 handles and I am happy with his work. This three stars because they assembled it, but they neglected to tell me that it was the wrong product even though I had sent them a link with what the product was and what it looked like so because they didn’t tell me that it’s been a lot of hassle also they’ve left nails and sharp tax sticking out of the wood

Conor is a personable and reliable workman who is approachable and always had time to answer any questions or give updates on the project. My wife was heavily pregnant during our build and our eldest had just turned two years old. Conor was consistently mindful of the need to have times when there was quiet so as to get the kids asleep or times where he needed to work around our schedule.
