NOT HAPPY with the service provided. Whilst this person has collected the rubbish, for some reasons, he spilled over some slates on the main road without cleaning up, creating inconvenience to our neighbours. Also, as there was nobody in the house when he came and collected the rubbish, He called me and asked me to do a payment immediately when I was in the middle of a meeting. I told him that I will make the payment by the end of the day, but he refused and insisted on receiving the money immediately, otherwise will spill over the rubbish on the road.

Latest review:Waste Clearance-Craig gave a quote from pictures provided and confirmed the price on the day of collection. I have paid him in full and months down the line, the job has still not been completed. He had issues with dumping the waste and never returned to collect the rest. When I contacted him, I was made to feel like his van was full because of my waste and he has not been able to do any work because of my waste like it was somehow my fault. I was also never given a waste removal certificate as promised or an invoice. I have not been given part refund for the incomplete job. Have had to fork out more money and pay someone else to remove the large items such as mattresses, trampoline and other miscellaneous waste.
