They worked flexibly around my basic plans, gave some great advice, and made sure everything was finished off to a very high quality. Peter and his assistant installed 9 internal doors 6 of them fire doors so that my house was to the standard set by Rushmoor Borough Councils Housing Department for The Rented Shared Property Sector. The works were carried out professionally and to a very high standard. They cleared all the rubbish up and I cannot fault them for how professional they were. I would recommend them to anyone they are excellent.

We are very very happy with the job that Stuart and his team did. The job was completed on schedule and this was including a few extras I had asked for at the very last minute. The work has been done to a very high standard throughout- we have been so impressed with the quality of finish and attention to details. Stuart was also very communicative throughout - checking details with me on how I wanted things- things I wouldn't have thought to ask about. They were also respectful and careful with our belongings- covering things up where they could and deftly working around things that couldn't be moved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pierce Construction to anyone looking to get building works done and they would be my first choice for any future building needs I might have.

They carried out a full ground floor renovation: full plumbing (including water and heating), rewiring, plan reconfiguration including change of load bearing walls, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, plastering, painting. Restoration of parquet flooring due to change of floor layout, internal door frames and doors installations. Minor related repairs on the first floor: radiator replacement, creating more space for stairs. Progress remained steady and well-managed throughout. Team was autonomous (like checking with structural engineer/architect/building regulations without our involvement), and if the input was required due to insufficient details/designer solutions we were involved as expected (as we wanted). The project stayed broadly within the agreed budget and time. The slight overrun was related to an additional foundation needed, which was not planned initially. Need for additional foundation was due to structural engineer calculations and building control.
