Great professional service from Jamie and Liam. We had seven of our old wooden sash windows replaced with double glazed sashes - to keep costs down we didn’t change the frames as they were still in really good condition. It has massively helped with reducing the noise (we live on a main road) and keeping the heat in during the winter. Liam was on time everyday and takes pride in his work. Would definitely recommend Jamie and his team at LB Windows.

I hired Ilir for sash window cord replacements and repairs, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Ilir demonstrated outstanding professionalism. He was friendly and reliable throughout the entire job. Even though the work turned out to be more extensive than originally anticipated, he didn't charge anything extra and completed everything to a very high standard. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, and communication was superb from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which was greatly appreciated. He was also incredibly respectful of my home, cleaning up every last bit of debris and leaving the house spotless when the work was finished. It was a genuine pleasure to work with Ilir, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing sash window repairs or restoration work. Excellent service in every respect.

Job not done properly , on asking to come and check informed me that i had to look for some one else. Please be cautious. --Edited after his comments-- I am disappointed by the contractor's claim that he wasn't welcomed. I personally met him at the gate and allowed him to work undisturbed while I attended to my own tasks. We even offered him tea, which he declined in favor of finishing quickly. Regarding the work: he performed only the bare minimum and did not complete the tasks as requested. Furthermore, I offered him additional payment specifically to fix an issue he caused, which makes his comments even more surprising. The defect didn't 'appear' weeks later; it was present from day one. He claimed it would resolve itself over time, but it never did. It is unprofessional to blame a lack of 'greetings' when the real issue is the poor quality of the work

Peter provided an accurate estimate for the work and explained what would be done. The materials used are of a high quality and I'm extremely happy with the completed porch. It looks better than I imagined it could. Peter and his employee were polite and easy to deal with during the installation and tidied up after themselves. I'd definitely use them again.

Callum did a good job of replacing some panelling and fitting handrails on the stairs in our three storey house. He arrived punctually, worked hard and left the house tidy each day. He was adaptable when we weren’t sure what we wanted and was happy to add some extras as required. All in all a good job done.

Svilen saved me during a really bad refurbishment. He shows up before I even get to the house so I have had to leave him a key because I'm always late lol. His work is very clean and precise. He keeps receipts and is very transparent about what he can and cannot do. I initially hired him to finish fitting my kitchen and he ended up fitting all my doors and architraves, turned my ikea wardrobe into a fitted wardrobe, created a door for my utility room, fitted a howdens larder cupboard for my boiler. All in all a stand up guy that God sent at a crazy time. Thank you Svilen!
