Many thanks to Dean and his team. They were all very polite, trustworthy and tidy. The best part about this family business is that they can have many talents. My bathroom was stripped, boarded, plastered, tiled, and my new suite went in. Pipework was moved my door was hung from the other side of the frame, you name it they can do it! Tiled to perfection, paid attention to detail and thoroughly an excellent job. Have no hesitation in recommending these guys. They are brothers with a superb working relationship. Thanks Guardian Property I’ll be back for more..!

Fitted Replacement shower tray and cabin. Also fitted all the smart lights on the ceilings also replaced toilet. Had a completely new bathroom shower, toilet replacement and New Digital lights. The job went extremely well; they arrived on time on the day of the work and completed the job in 2 days. This was much quicker than expected. The workmanship was a good standard, and all the required fittings were ordered and fitted perfectly fine. After finished results 100% would recommend. Thank you all for your fantastic work. I would recommend this business. Delivered the work as agreed.

I hired G&C Painters and Decorators to decorate a newly built extension. They were quick to get back to me, friendly and extremely helpful in the decision making process, putting forward suggestions for coving and skirting boards, etc The work was completed in two days to an extremely high standard; I can only describe the paintwork as immaculate. There was no mess and no fuss; they simply did the job they were paid to do and they did it extremely well - all for a very reasonable price; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
