I obtained several quotes, but once Oliver from the Clancy Roofing Services came to assess the job, it was clear I’d found the right contractor. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and generous with advice, making the process stress-free. Communication was excellent, the team arrived on time, and the roof was finished in just two days. Avoid this person nothing but a CON MAN Did not give me a recipe when he finished the job, had to keep asking him for it. After 5 weeks he email it to me and their was a difference of £50. After speaking to him he said it was for picking the part up which was not in the quote . But he did not say he was charging us for this otherwise we would have got it our self. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN he will rip you off ,up to you if you have him but I rather a cold shower than have him. THANKS CON MAN FOR NOTHING

Very happy with the work Jack did for me. He turned up to quote when he said he would and quoted a very fair price (less than I thought it would cost me), he even collected the materials for me.
