Tom was brilliant from start to finish. Came with a competitive quote and an eagerness to please. Happy to help out and work through different ideas with us. Was understanding working with our timeline when we had other work happening at the same time. We had new bifolds, a front and a back door fitted. Tom came back a few weeks later and did adjustments once things had time to settle. Doors all shut perfectly without that annoying catchiness you get on an older door. Steven fitted a new front door and back door replacing our old upvc ones. He bought the front door out a little bit giving us some more room inside the house. Excellent communication before and during the job and professional throughout. Very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the job and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Highly recommend!

After advertising the job Billy called me from Universal windows and offered us to give quotation. Received offer in a very short period of time and I must admit the price was very reasonable compared to other offers and reading previous reviews we decided to choose this company. Billy took his time explaining everything and we received all agreements electronically as its a rental property away from our base. The company promptly contacted my tenant and agreed on completion day. Billy advised us on type of windows, practicality and safety mechanism etc.. The fittings of doors and windows were very quick and efficient. Clean and organised in a very respectful manner. Once job was completed I received pictures of the job and my tenant was very happy with the result. I highly recommend Universal Windows to everyone as from start to finish was to a high standard.
