We have 15 years experience in the building trade covering many different aspects including extensions, new builds, garden walls, garden landscaping including porcelain tiling and traditional stone flagging.
H2wdevelopments did an exceptional job on our remodelling project. We had a small kitchen and a large living room and dining area. Reece and his team knocked down a wall and then put up a new wall in a different area to change the entire footprint of downstairs. They added a window to the space. The work we had done was remodelling, electrical work, plastering, steel work. The whole project was done by the H2Wdevelopements team and I honestly cannot thank them enough. All the work was done professionally and on time. Everything I wanted done They were able to get it done by their own team which made it easy to get the whole job done effectively. The costing was very reasonable. We are really pleased with the building work carried out - our kitchen / dining room has been transformed! A few unforseen issues came up during the work (existing steels and beams hiding in the ceiling! ) but these were tackled with minimum fuss. They turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and have even put us in touch with all other trades that we need to get the job finished. I had Phil around to build my double storey extension on the rear of my property. He is such a polite/ friendly and easy chap to get along with, nothing was ever a problem and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the works carried throughout the build. The quality of his work really shows and I couldn’t be happier. When we came to the knock through into the existing house he put my family’s needs first and kept the job clean and tidy which made life so much easier to live in whilst the works was been carried out. It's a great pleasure and a relief when you appoint workmen to a job and you come home to find the work they have done is superb quality. I appointed IPS to the job because I trusted them. They were pleasant and appeared professional. They listened, had an eye for details and I felt I was in good hands. Which is what you want. Their communications were very good. |They arrived in good time and reviewed all aspects of the job before commencing work. They also made some helpful suggestions, doing all that we wanted and improving some things beyond what we had considered. They sourced gate furniture for us and it was good quality and looked just right for the setting (good judgment). Most of all, the quality of the build is excellent. Solid and good-looking. Really, really pleased. I recommend IPS 100%. Excellent customer service, very skillful and with high standards from the first to the last.
