Simon was polite, efficient and very tidy. He listened to what I wanted (which was a little unusual), asked questions at each stage to make sure he was doing exactly what I wanted, advised when he thought an idea wouldn’t work and gave his own suggestions, communicated well with all the other tradesmen involved, got them all to do their bit in a timely fashion and worked very hard. I am getting him back to do another job imminently!

Joe did some carpentry for us early this year - he installed a dado rail and skirting board. I am not sure whether I left a review at the time - I thought I had but anyway he did an excellent job with the minimum of disruption. I would be very happy to use him again

Initially due to quote at 7pm, turned up at 10 to 11 Booked in for this Friday (2 days ago) , didn't turn up text me after I called following the appointment arranged time passing to say it's Easter in his country and therefore he could not come and complete the job that day so he would come today Saturday at 3pm again no communication whatsoever even when I had told him I had removed the bannister in preparation to put the new one in (this was unsafe for my children hence me doing it when they went to bed in hopes he would be there when he said he would,9am) so no communication and didn't turn up either. Absolutely shocking. Left with an unsafe bannister and not even a text to apologise or explain phone calls ignored/being cut off. Wouldn't recommend.
