Morheat sent a man not experienced. Within minutes arriving he was on his mobile, seeming looking for help. Heard him say "there's power but no pressure". He remained on mobile for several minutes. Later he said "he needed to check the radiators". He then popped his head into the bedrooms and bathroom. Took seconds because he didn't go near any of the radiators, just popped his head into the doorway. At the end he said "he would have to come back ... blockage somewhere not sure where .... don't know how long it would take ... process of elimination ... can I make a bank transfer for payment". When I complained, Morheat responded the man they sent had "15 years of experience in this field", that it was "standard procedure" to "contact the boiler manufacturer’s technical helpline, which is a routine step when diagnosing boiler issues". I asked for a refund of the £80 payment. Morheat refused. And the man was also late.Latest review:Gas Work-

We called Tom out to service the boiler in our new house, but alas it turned out to be even more decrepit than expected and he had to put it out of its misery and install a new one. He went above and beyond to find a temporary fix to win us time to save up for a heat-pump later this year, and when that plan fell through was open, honest, and diligent about finding us a decent replacement that was within our very depleted post-move budget. (The heat pump has been put on hold, but we will be calling Tom back when our financial ducks are in a row). He was also so good as to identify a number of necessary but non-urgent jobs that he could do for us in one go so as to save on call-out costs.
