Jamie came round a couple of hours after I posted the job to look at what needed doing and then came back the same evening to do it. Another joiner had told us the door frame needed to come out but Jamie just took the window off! He even helped lift the sofa through. Very knowledgeable and when we asked him about another job we needed doing he explained how we could save our money and do it ourselves. Would 100% recommend him to anyone! Fair price and quickly done.

Unfortunately the overall work has been disappointing. In hindsight I wouldn’t have hired this company to do my home fittings. What I requested and expected has fell short. Additional money has now been spent to rectify the work that I was not expecting to carry out. Whilst the offer by them to get the wardrobes painted was available before the work was agreed, I declined this as I had a decorator on site ready to paint. The issues on how the work was finished and what I was left to clean up has been demoralising. This has now delayed the overall project on both rooms due to adjustments now having to be carried out. I still have on going issues with costs which hasn’t been resolved as yet. There was some aspects of their work which was fine. It just the final outcome has been disappointing.

William did an excellent job It was quite a challenging task and several other joiners said it was too difficult to undertake. It is a 20 year old, bespoke two storey hardwood bay with laminated glass. The main vertical columns and the cills had rotted so the task was to replace the rotten sections with new. If this wasn't challenging enough, there was the matter of the glazing which I was expecting would blow. William and his colleague Chris turned up on a day when the rain didn't stop so it was far from ideal working environment. They very carefully removed the glass, replaced the sections and the glass and stained it to match existing. I think this needed both skill and care and am delighted with the result. I would highly recommend them both.
