(Sorry No out of town landlords) insurance quotes there is a fee of £25. ,
Latest review:Carpentry-I agreed with Bill to do the job. It was to be done this morning, Monday 4th March 24. Yesterday I prepared the kitchen (where the job was to be done) and had everything all ready for the work to start. Bill turned up half an hour late - had another look at the work (we'd discussed it at length when he initially came to check it out) and said, oh, you'd better get another opinion on it. And that was that. As you do, I'd arranged my whole day around the work being done - all for nothing. The job not done, and I'm back to square one. Bill's a pleasant enough chap - but for god's sake don't hire him.
