General property maintenance.. small to medium jobs, bespoke gates ,, widow replacement, door hanging, skirting and architraves , flooring... small plastering jobs, painting and decorating & paint spraying. small garden maintenance work but no rubbish removal if you have a green bin or I can fill it or bag it up. I have no permit to take the waste to the tip. semi retired but I still like to keep my hand in.. . (Sorry No out of town landlords or letting agencies) insurance quotes there is a fee of £25. ,
