The shower room is fabulous because of where we bought it but the original quote did not include VAT. We had already said that we were above the top end of the budget & at no point did he point out this did not include VAT. So when the bill came it was £2,500 over our original quote. Gareth only fitted the shower & tiles everything else was done by other guys. Bad customer service.
