Latest review:Painting & Decorating-Bill was excellent from start to finish. He painted the exterior of our mid terrace property and replaced our gutter and fascia boards. Whilst completing the job he found additional work was required due to rotting timbers and this was explained fully with all the options explored. He advised on the best course of action but didn’t push us into a decision. We opted to replace our roof and this was organised by Bill and completed within the week. He is a top bloke and was great with our kids, chatty and considerate around nap times etc. He took great care over our work and the end result is fantastic! Thank you Bill.

Latest review:Painting & Decorating-Mark arrived to a state of chaos after I had just moved in! He immediately checked what I needed doing and quietly got on with the job. He not only single handedly, moved boxes and heavy furniture, but did an excellent wallpapering job, in one room using the best wallpaper he had ever used, and in the other, the worst! Both rooms were tackled with the same good nature and professionalism. After the first days work he tidied up all his buckets and tools making the area safe. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Mark for any decorating work. His kindness and willingness to do way above what was expected was a refreshing change and a huge help at a very stressful time. The My Builder scheme, along with Marks professionalism and kindness, are a huge help for anyone elderly, living on their own, in a new area. Thank you to all concerned.

we discussed the painting of outside garden walls both front and rear. I told I had a painter who jet washed the walls but could not continue because he had a fall and hurt his back. So I looked at my builder and phoned Yordan who came and looked at the job. The paint was already here so we agreed a time and date of his starting. He arrived at the agreed time and did a really good job and I would definitely recommend him. A very pleasant and polite guy.
