We have decided to go ahead with 720M2 of Moonlight Frost at 22mm this will cover us against the oil tanker that visits. Their quote was realistic and value for money. My considerations when using builders are; 1. That they're close to their quote 2. That they're punctual & polite 3. That they clean up 4. That they're security conscious 5. They complete the work to a high standard I can say that P&J completed all of the above. Alex provided me a quote for the work & time of when the work could start. They turned up nice & early throughout the build so we could discuss what work would be carried out that day before i went to work. Due to bad weather they also worked long into the evening, worked weekends or simply got wet. They continued to graft through wintery conditions & surpassed my expectations. They created more floor space than what the architect suggested. When removing the roof they identified poor work left by previous builders and righted all wrongs. They had cleaned up after themselves and on completion of work they cleaned all areas of where they had worked which was highly appreciated. They were very polite to my wife and children and they were professional throughout. They always locked up after themselves and made sure all windows were locked. Best of all, the work came in at exactly what they quoted. Overall I am extremely pleased with the finished product.Latest review: - Get in touchOur front and side of house paths were patchy plain concrete and spoiling the overall look of our house. We had seen other houses in the area with resin bound paths and drives and decided that we should have sparkly effect medium grey paths to complement our mixed dark and light grey brick block driveway. Richard from OHI Ltd came and surveyed our requirements at short notice and issued a quote within a day. We accepted the quote and a date for the works was agreed subject to weather conditions. The concrete path preparation works with new manhole covers and concrete repairs were carried out on the agreed day and the laying of the resin followed a few days later to suit weather conditions. Richard and his family team were very helpful throughout and kept us informed of the work progress and weather effects. We now have great decorative paths and that neighbours have also commented on the work as completed. Are we happy, ohhhh yusss we are.

Get in touchAfter receiving a competitive quote from Dan he set to work on the arranged date and made light work of the digging and foundations. The wall and patio went up with much the same enthusiasm but unfortunately Dan was elsewhere when this was being done and the (skilled men!!) he left behind to do the job were frankly not up to it! Standards of work such as being able to put your fingers behind a level flat against the wall and uneven and badly spaced patio slabs, backfilling the wall with all of there rubbish and steps to steep to use, and with no drainage holes in the wall were but a few of the faults. When we highlighted our concerns with the quality of the job to Dan he promptly said, when would we like him to come and sort the problems! and that he would go away and ponder how he was going to correct the issues and would be in touch shortly. Well as I write this review it is nearly a year and half since we last saw him.... In short if you want someone to do your garden justice then think long and hard as we felt very let down by the whole experience. It's a shame you can't put pictures of the work up on this site!!Latest review:Landscaping-
