Dave inherited a job that a previous guy could not be bothered to complete. Instead of moaning about previous work carried out, Dave took it all on without hesitation. Finished the job to a great standard despite being unlucky with the weather and ladder deliveries not being on his side. It was noted that Dave turned up when he says he is, stays until he is complete and doesn’t let himself be interrupted with his phone as others tend to do these days. Because of the work Dave has already done, along with his attitude, professionalism and great communication through-out Dave will be picking up more work with me in the future. Richard came at short notice and did a great job without any drama. Good communication, punctual, tidy and completed at a reasonable rate. Will certainly use him again and hopefully on much bigger projects. Recommended. Other trades take note- don't dismiss the small jobs as a waste of time. They did an amazing job! The garden is now looking so much better. They were very knowledgeable about the care and maintenance of the trees and plants. After sorting the trees they made sure they cleared all the garden of old wood, grass cuttings and tree branches, pressure washed the patio and weeded the flower beds. Very hard workers would recommend them to you! They charged a fair and competitive price and completed the work on time.

Oleg was very flexible and incorporates changes to the scope on the run and cleaned up the site when he was finished. The tenants reported that there was an issue in the bathroom floor, when jack visited the property I was informed that the toilet was about to drop through the floor. The apartment is on the third floor, so had to move the tenants out and get the work done quickly. Jack was professional, on time and worked Saturday till Sunday. He is a professional carpenter so knew exactly what my issue was, and was able to lay a new floor and tile the floor, removed the toilet and wash basin, identified any leaks when installing back the units. I would 100% use the services of Jack again if I had any issues in the apartment.
