Although Jade Kitchens and Bathrooms was friendly enough, we had our bathroom fitted only 4 years ago and were now having to have it ripped out and restarted just 4 years later due to numerous problem. Red flags were initially raised when we had a leak from the newly fitted bathroom upstairs, downstairs in our spare room. He came out and said that the leak was caused by me twisting the plug in the shower tray rather than pulling, when actually it was because he didn’t silicone round the hole… We’ve since had numerous other problems including issues with the towel rail not heating up, a leaking shower screen, messy decorating and more significantly, 4 new floors caused by a leaking toilet to which we finally found out recently through a surveyor that the toilet had not been fitted correctly from day 1. We’re now having to go through insurance. I would not recommend Jade Bathrooms. AG Plumbing undertook a complete refurb of my bathroom replacing the bath with a walk in shower. Andy was very helpful in the planning and advised me with the purchase of materials.
