I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Installed a new toilet in the Wet Room. Fitted a towel radiator in the upstairs bathroom. He removed the bath panel and tiled the area, built a new cabinet and installed a glass top with a new wash basin. His work was extremely good and he was reliable and totally honest, I felt perfectly happy leaving him in the house on his own. He took a pride in his work and always made sure to tidy up before leaving. Alex would be an asset to any company that employs him. I wish him success.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a team of builders. Aldo and Leo were polite, organised and their workmanship is of a very high standard. They replaced the bathroom in our rental flat, and it looks really smart. They also refurbished the kitchen, replacing flooring and decorated the whole flat. We have just shown it to an estate agent as we are planning to sell it and they were very impressed. Aldo was very helpful in making suggestions of small changes that would save us money and delivered the project on time and right on budget. Would recommend them and will certainly use them again.
