Simon is a true professional. He removed an entire shower suite and did a tremendous job in replacing and refurbishing the en suite. Simon suggest best practice. My nephew was the recipient of the shower, and he made suggestions on how best a young adult male could keep it clean. My nephew was over the moon upon seeing the new shower suite. Graham made quick contact when I listed this job (multiple tap replacements, re-sealing around basins and showers and fitting 2 new WC bottom inlet valves) and I short-listed him for the job. Initial contact was very favourable and I gave the jobs to Graham. Graham arranged to do the work today (Saturday). Started at 8am and finished at 6pm. A very positive experience all-round, good communication, personable, patient and extremely hard working. A genuinely nice bloke too. Good value too. We will definitely use Graham again (I know this was a small job for Graham but would not hesitate to use him for bathroom renovations or larger plumbing jobs which are more the type of jobs that Graham usually gets involved with). Ian communicated really well throughout the whole process. He explained to us the various different options that were available to us for our shower over bath installation. He went the extra mile in ensuring the project was completed exactly in line with our requirements.
