There is nothing good I can say about this tradesman. Alas for MyBuilder, I cannot pass an honest comment as in writing he has threatened me with legal action if I make a derogatory comment about him or his company. In writing he has also demanded extra payment to rectify a leak in his shower installation. As a result of his attitude I have terminated all connections with him and am having to employ another tradesman to make good his work.

Not happy with the final outcome. Wanted a first fix to change existing pipes so that they did not show. I removed floor boards so pipes could be positioned to come up into the room and be positioned directly below the new bathroom furniture. Instead they were positioned so far away, I had to have them redone by someone else. Also copper pipes were left too short, and had to have someone else make unnecessary joins to extend the height. He also slipped and put his foot through the ceiling below and blamed me for having rotten beams! Offered no compensation, and cost me a further £40 to repair the ceiling.

Paul came round almost immediately to quote for the job I posted. He gave what I thought was a very fair price and a fabulous turn around time (within the week). I was nervous as I had been let down by the previous plumber leaving me hugely out of pocket and in desperate need of help. Paul maintained excellent communication. On the day he was prompt and covered all work areas with sheets which I though was a lovely touch. He kept me informed of what he was doing and got on with sorting the new shower system. I was hugely impressed with his professionalism and found him to be very personable. He had a female colleague with him which had I been alone in my home I would have found very reassuring, she was also lovely and chatty. Paul stayed in contact after the job following up on his visit which I think shows that he is honourable and proud of his work. I’m so impressed, Paul’s number is stored in my phone for all future needs. I will be recommending him to friends and family 10/10
