Not only does he know what he is doing, and gets it done, but most importantly, he was quite quick to respond, both in terms of getting in touch, but also to get an appointment booked in. And when he did, he was willing to listen to my long rant about the issue and he understood both intellectually and emotionally the trials we had been through, and which lead us to need help.
