Although I have experience in all aspects of the stone trade I now focus on building masonry & restoration. I have completed several landmark buildings in the area, including Lush, Old Christchurch Rd. Swanage Railway Station & the old Poole Police Station I have a large workshop with the capacity to manufacture all types of stonework. I also have extensive site equipment.
The job was more work than anticipated in cold conditions, but Scott did an excellent job and the finish was perfect. Also, very good communications, with good knowledge and ideas to improve the end product. Perfect Pointing lived up to their name! Whilst not the cheapest, we selected Garry and Karl because of their specialist knowledge, which was required for our lime mortar job. The job involved replacing about 80 bricks and wall ties which they did extremely well, adding tens of thousands of value to outhouse which was in a very poor state. They were polite, clean and a pleasure to have on site. The quote was accurate and fair and we were so confident in Karl that we left for a long holiday before the work was finished. On return we were delighted! A few very minor snagging elements were resolved immediately leaving us 100% content with a great job done. 100% recommendation. Many thanks Oerfect Pointing! In addition to this, I have also worked on large commercial developments such as the Preston north stand, and a large housing complex in the isle of White.
We had two major extensions added to an existing bungalow with a new roof on all of the property including the existing part. the work completed was to a very high standard always a clean and tidy site and peter and his team were very professional. My architect and building inspector made numerous comments on the high standard of quality of work and their knowledge of the work in hand. The work was completed within the timescale even when they had to work in difficult weather conditions but they prioritized their work to allow them complete as much as possible to ensure they did not overrun. The team was fantastic in every way , pleasant to work with and extremely professional. peter strengths was organizing his teams daily tasks ,reliability and conscientiousness to complete work to a high standard .
