Great communication, arrived when he said he would and priced for everything required, no hidden extras. His price was competitive. Bryn and his team worked tidily and promptly, covering all the stairs and landings so as not to damage anything. Standard of workmanship is just what I expected and of a good standard. I'd recommend him to friends and would use again.

Supplierd and fitted sink and vanity unit toilet and shower and fitted panels. Light fitting for bathroom only. Apparently didn't budget for the toilet light Would definitely not recommend. If you are unfortunate enough to use him please get an itemised list of the jobs you require doing . As I unfortunately didn't eveytime I mentioned what about this he'd say I didn't budget for that. Ie I was having panels fitted instead of tiles asked for floor to ceiling. Didn't expect to have to take the skirting boards off myself as according to him it wasn't in the price. Had to call him back a few times as there were holes in the boards. Seal was lifting away. Left a big hole behind the toilet which when I asked him about it was told he doesn't normally fill that. He did eventually come back but made a really bad job of piecing off cuts and gluing them in. After 9 months the shower stopped working the light he fitted no longer works and neither does the cord to switch the power off. Did message him but he has never replied back.

Despite the poor weather at the end of January, the brick workers from Wirral Structural done a good job. They raked out, completely, the original mortar and pointed the wall. The new mortar is a very close colour match to the original existing mortar and has been applied neatly. They cleared up at the end of every day and there was minimal disruption. I did receive less expensive quotes, but for the quality finish I believe that Wirral Structural represents good value for money. I recommend them.

The job was completed very professionally. Sam is a real grafter and always arrived on time and put in a hard few days work. He encountered a few problems with previous poor workmanship but discussed everything with us before putting things right. Sam also had to remove a bottom layer of damaged tiles and skillfully replaced with a row of complementary tiles which has created a nice design effect. He also had to replace an outside down pipe which had not been expected. I can’t recommend SJR highly enough and would definitely use his services again for future plumbing work. Totally reliable and very skilled. Excellent communication.
