It’s so nice to meet an honest tradesman! Nathan came round, had a look at the leak and was able to offer me several options. As my boiler is pretty old he wasn’t sure if he would be able to find the part, luckily he was able to source the part. When he came to fit the part my boiler was no longer leaking and Nathan was honest enough to say he wouldn’t be happy to change the part as it would be costly, and with the age of the boiler there’s no guarantee something else wouldn’t go wrong. He did state that if it was to start leaking again to get back in touch. I was so impressed with his honesty, he could have easily changed the part and taken my money anyway but he didn’t. Absolutely brilliant young man. He was on holiday and replied to my job, when home we arranged an appointment to assess the connection of my lpg gas cooker, it needed all new pipes and connections which he gave me a very good price due to change of law. We arranged another appointment that was convenient for me ,to do job. Pour love on way he had a bad blowout off debris on road so phoned to cancel and was so apologetic about not able to do the job,this was a Friday so over the phone offered to come on Monday which was a bank holiday. Put himself out to do what he had promised, it took about 2 hours of his family time to complete the work. I cannot thank or recommend him enough for what he did for me. We found an old gas pipe which was leaking gas, Chris made it safe and capped it off and also capped off our existing gas pipe due to changing to electric. Great work from Chris and will be using his services again.Latest review:Gas Work-
