We are extremely pleased with the work that Alan Evans and his team have done on our property in Cornwall. No job was too big or small and we ended up asking them to do a lot more work for us because of the high quality of their work. They did all our exterior and exterior paintwork plus electrical fittings, new decking, work on the roof, kitchen and bathrooms, even putting up furniture which meant that we didn't have to hire additional tradesmen. Alan is a very honest person and we were not overcharged for the work. Having seen the finished job, our neighbours have now also contracted them to work on their property. I definitely recommend them.

Mainly Maintenance (Ian and Mark) have carried out a bathroom refurbishment for me , removing my old bath with associated fittings and installing a new bath with taps ,shower and screen plus additional work to allow for the new shower. They have been very focused and worked exceptionally hard to ensure that I haven't been without a bathroom, completing the job in just over a day. They have also communicated very well throughout. I am delighted with both their workmanship and the cost of the job. We have already discussed a future project at my house and I can strongly recommend them as a very good company to anyone looking at carrying out home improvements. Keith

We hired Patrick to tile a bathroom, floor to ceiling. Patrick had some great ideas regarding shelving and bath panelling. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. The tiling was done to a fantastic standard and Patrick also helpfully re-positioned some rather un-sightly radiator pipes and re-fitted the shower, new taps and a shower screen. A great job - would highly recommend.

We contacted Mr Smithers with a view to fitting a kitchen. We got as far as him being on the short list but, in the mean time, a different fitter we had contacted by phone a few days earlier came back with his quote . Phil and Ian did a fantastic job on the flooring. They were also very agreeable on pricing and accommodating to additional work that I needed doing. In the end I also had two rooms plastered aswell, they were very friendly and finished the job to an excellent standard in a timely manner keeping me up to date along the way. Couldn’t have asked for anything better and would definitely recommend.
