I felt real confidence in Tom when he came round to quote for my job and I wasn't disappointed. He fitted six brand new doors with brass hinges and rim-locks and did an amazing job considering all of my door frames are awkward sizes. Polite and Friendly and listens to the clients' needs and finds solutions to the problems. Very good communication and kept me well informed. Excellent workmanship, really pleased with the finished job. Very reasonable quote. Joe came and solved the technical issues with the job. Worked his schedule around me. Turned up on time, did a full days graft(8:30-6), cleaned up afterwards. Took everything in his stride. Found ways to re-use materials to reduce cost. No hidden surprises. Gave different payment options, and advice on how to preserve the doos. Can not rate Joe highly enough.
