Mr Timmins arrived early and left late. I wish I could send photos of the before and after it was amazing to see. I could not recommend Dale Smith. Whilst he did a reasonable job removing the fitted bedroom furniture, he did not fulfil the brief. He did not make good the walls and ceiling to an acceptable standard. It was less than a days work and I was paying him nearly £800. He fitted all the furniture into his van, ready to take to the tip. When I asked him to return to complete the job, he replied that if I didn’t pay him he would return and leave all the fitted furniture on my door step. I paid him £700 but then had to employ another tradesperson to fill the holes left in the walls and ceiling, so that I could have the room painted.

Very happy with the job done. Joel was very professional who did a really great job. He cleaned up after himself and also took away all the rubbish. I would highly recommend him. He arrived at 9am and didn’t leave until nearly 7pm once the job was completed. A job very well done.
