Oak door hung / frame work and bathroom door lock installed. Very prompt response, arrived on time, took his time with the job and completed work to a high standard. Kept me informed of what he was doing, sent pictures and videos as I was away when the job was being completed. Came back the following day to put a door stop in as had to drill through a tiled floor, I had not thought to put a door stop in. Very lovely man too, highly recommend 👍

100% positive experience with Rick. We were let down by a groundworks company who quoted to build a raft at the bottom of our garden, dismantle our old garage and reconstruct it there. They dismantled the garage and built the raft and then disappeared! Rick came and gave a very reasonable quote for the reconstruction. He sorted out the jumble of timbers; de-nailed all the wood and cleaned it up; bought new braces, at my request, which he fixed with mortice & tenon joints and reconstructed the frame. He completed the work in the quoted time and budget and the garage looks ten times better than the original build! We've just asked him to make garage doors for it, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they look like. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick.Latest review:Carpentry-

Great work and great communication. He went above and beyond to finish the job for us as it was an emergency. He also quoted us a very reasonable rate, he was the cheapest and quickest out of all the tradespeople I contacted and made a stressful situation more manageable.
