I'm very pleased with Karnas Property Services and colleagues in every aspect. It was a complete bathroom refurb. Always arrived on time. Updated me every step of the way. Very reasonable. Any missing bits that I forgot, he happily go to get them. Only took 7 days to finish and did a fantastic job! I was so pleased with his work and how tidy and clean he kept the place after each day. He's a very nice guy and you can have a laugh with him. But he always remained professional when it came to working. They also fited for me door frame and door with all the furniture. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Sam did a great job on my new bathroom. He completely removed my old bathroom and made completely new. Sam offered great advice and the bathroom looks great. Whilst removing tiles and plaster board, he discovered I had no lintel installed above the bathroom window. Sam helped organise for a new window and lintels to be installed as per building regulations. Sam was always on time and provided excellent workmanship. I highly recommend.

Mihail was an amazing and dedicated worker. No job was too big or too small and his communication detailing the exact requirements of each task was outstanding. He identified many of the failures that the previous builders had done on my house when I had it renovated 10 years ago. Highlighting substandard work that had been done using cheap materials that weren’t fit for purpose. Mihail did plumbing (showers and toilets), electrical work (isolating faulty cables leading to fuse box shorting), painting and general DIY (fixing broken handrails and kitchen cabinets). I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

Couldn't have asked for a better professional to fit my bathroom. On the first consultation he was very informative and honest, going out of his way to check in great detail all the fittings, electric, plumbing etc before I had even hired him. In a nutshell, I will not allow any builder (other than Shkelzen/John!) to do any significant work in my home. Hard to know where to begin but... - Precision and a commitment to outstanding aesthetic quality - Honest and trustworthy - had my house keys for a month, respected my home and understood the trust I was putting in him - Timely - worked to the agreed length of time. Often worked weekends in order to finish on time - Friendly with some great conversations! Slotted right into a very busy home with two small children - Went over and above to help me source the materials/furniture needed to complete the job - Good value for money - I got exactly what I paid for There are no words that can outline how positive this experience was for my whole family. I stand in my two new bathrooms and I'm still blown away. I have very high expectations and John met all of them. I feel so lucky to have finally met the builder to rule all builders. Dispel any nerves you have about what you might end up with - I fell it is impossible to be let down with this company.
