However, as I also needed the flat renovated I gave both the jobs to Shahroze and his team. I was initially a bit hesitant as there was not much feedback on this platform. However, after meeting Shahroze in person I was a lot more confident and explained to me that he is new to this platform. Very happy with the quality of the carpets and the the installation, good value for money. Delivered on time, fitted quickly. With the carpets being thicker than the previous ones, the doors had to be shaved off - again this as carried out smoothly by the team. The doors now operate perfectly. His team who renovated the flat were very hard working and fully dedicated and focused. They were also very accommodating and fixed any minor issues which I had pointed out without any complains or reservations and made sure I was fully satisfied before they finished the job. I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary today due to my complete satisfaction with the work done. As someone in management, I was impressed by the quick response and the updates, which were perfectly aligned with my needs. The engineer was brought in to fix a poor job from a previous contractor, and I was initially concerned about spending more money on yet another rogue trader; however, after closely monitoring the workshop, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the engineer not only completed the job but exceeded my expectations.
