Mick was quick to come round and provide a quote for the works required, not only was the quote extremely competitive Mick provided some invaluable advice with regard to the install. Mick started on time as agreed, the works were completed to a very high standard and done properly, Mick was also very polite and professional whilst on the job ensuring everything was clean tidy. I would recommend him to others and currently planning further works with him.

MJS Property Maintenance recently carried out full refurbishment works to our downstairs toilet and main bathroom (including internal wall alterations to the adjacent bedroom). Despite a number of unforeseen and unavoidable issues which arose during the course of the work, Matthew successfully overcame these and ensured that he communicated with us fully at all times. We also asked for a few additional items of maintenance work to be carried out to our en-suite bathroom and kitchen and these were happily incorporated at a very fair and reasonable cost. We are very happy with the quality of the work which has been carried out and would definitely use MJS Property Maintenance in the future.

Hired Nathan to fit a shower and tile around it replace bath, toilet and sink. As soon as the shower was fitted and was told it was ok to use there was a leak underneath the bathtub which he was made aware of and supposedly fixed. After the job was finished we noticed water had started dripping through our living room ceiling downstairs, the toilet was also leaking and there is smell coming from it, it also wobbles as you sit down or gently touch it. He has been on more than 3 occasions to fix these issues but nothing has changed. We still cant use the shower/bath as it leaks onto the floorboard, the toilet leaks and wobbles. We initially agreed on the phone that we would get a quote from someone else to fix the issues which he would pay for but he is now going back on his word offering £100 for resealing with silicone ( Which he has done on all the occasions he has come to fix the leak and it hasn't helped) The bath is covered in silicone including around the shower screen which is very messy and still leaks. we have managed to get other quotes (which are more than £100) and have been informed nothing has been installed properly we were shown how the toilet/shower and bath are not properly attached to the wall. The surprising thing is Nathan didn't seem to know what was causing the leaks in the first place which make me doubt he is a plumber. We have been left with a toilet we cant use and a wet ceiling that we now need to have fixed. Surely this is not right?

Very happy with Josh's work. He removed several bricks, went to a reclamation yard to get good matches, set them in and repointed other bits in the same area. He was thorough, the work is of a high standard, and he cleaned up well. He also rigged up the old gate so the garden was secure until the new gate arrived. (By the way he didn't spend any time working one-handed while talking on a mobile for which I was grateful.) His charges are very fair. I have asked him to quote for a bigger job. Was slightly wary of employing someone who had just joined MyBuilder but glad I did.
