bathroom refitting in which he completed to a standard in which was so bad in which I am needing a more professional in the trade to rectify his mess! Tiles wonky, grout all over the place, flooring uneven and even left damaged in which needs replacing, silicone on every single corner of the bathroom with a horrible staggered finish. Spot lights put in and the quality of the work is not even worth 1 star. Flooring was laid by Chris throughout the dining room and living room, half inch gaps u der the skirting boards, glue and mastic everywhere on the brand new flooring in which needs to be pulled up and fitted once again, I will need to buy more flooring as some that have been put in are damaged. On to the kitchen he tiled the kitchen again so poorly tiles were cracked and Wonky. Worktop damaged, side of fridge freezer damaged. ABSOLUTE CON ARTIST

Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services. Lewis is a first rate plumber. He removed the bath, adapted the pipe work and fitted a shower tray. He then tiled the area where the bath had been. All the existing tile work remained intact. He then fitted Aquadart sliding shower screens.The end result is very attractive. We are very pleased with his high standard of workmanship. Lewis is a personable young man who is punctual, courteous and above all a tidy worker. I am sure we will use him again for future plumbing jobs. I can strongly recommend him.

Wojtek did a good job in fitting my bidet, sink, shelf, toilet and bath. He didn’t fit the radiator instead gave me back £50. I would have rather had it fitted at the time. Left me with an unfinished job, I managed to find someone else after the price he quoted to come back & fit it was too high. I would only use again if I am home at the time of the works to ensure the work is how I would like it.

DO NOT HIRE!!! I made the big mistake of hiring him as I needed my bathroom fitted ASAP luckily I had the my builder plus cover this tradesmen is a alcoholic wonders off during work some days doesn't even attend fitted radiator pipes bent shower pipes bent ceiling plaster board installed sloppy spot lights installed out of line we finally had enough and got my builder plus involved I strongly advise to avoid this COWBOY
