I contacted this company on based on their profile indicating they provide building services, including damp treatment. However, after visiting the site and carrying out a survey, they provided an invoice for the survey report with photos and costing details. I was initially looking for a builder to carry out the actual work after identifying the issues, but now I need to find a separate builder to complete the job, which was not what I expected. Dean arrived on time at 9:00 am. Re-explained the job and the steps he would take. Finished at about 4:00 pm after cutting back the existing plaster, injecting the cream, rendering with waterproofed sand and cement and then skimming with plaster. Friendly and good communicator. Good finish, very neat and tidy worker. Reasonable price. Job done on 23rd September. Moisture levels down to 14% to 17% on 30th October. Great success.
