Although I did not use NPH Tiling and Bathrooms in the end, [manged to get hold of a local plumber] I can safely say that Neil was in constant contact throughout my initial request. He sent regular text's, keeping me updated as to when he could attend , days and dates etc. I believe that Neil this is an extremely honest guy, and should I not be able to get a local plumber in the future then would not hesitate to contact Neil/ NPH for any other plumbing jobs I may need to be undertaken

Rafal did an absolutely outstanding job from start to finish. He turned up as promised to do the quote and was insightful and thorough. He helpfully broke the pricing of the job down to give me options and was very happy to support me in the purchasing of fixtures to ensure it all fitted etc. He recommended some products and retailers that I was delighted with. He was punctual and worked very hard and navigated unexpected plumbing problems well. His eye for detail is second to none and the quality of the finish is incredible. I’m so so happy with my new bathroom! This was my first solo project and Rafal made the whole process as painless as possible. He is a tidy worker and removed all rubbish and debris, leaving me just with a stunning new home. So glad I found him, he’ll be my first port of call for all future building work!

I was very pleased with the solid service and great results from Colin and his team. From the initial consultation onward through every stage of the process, the interaction was easy, friendly and professional. My build work wasn’t straightforward, due to external complications outwith Colin’s control, but nevertheless communication was good and the team worked around these niggles with no complaints. This included them going the extra mile and working unsocial hours and weekends. At every point, advice from Colin and his crew was valuable and unbiased, and undoubtedly saved time, money and headaches down the line. The team were all punctual, polite and cleaned up after themselves. The final results for my bathroom were just what I wanted, and completed to a high standard. I will certainly be using Colin’s services again.

Adam and his team were AMAZING!! I have a fantastic new showerroom that is even better than I visualised and lots of persistent plumbing problems in my old house all fixed. They did a fabulous job.
