William and his son Jamie replaced 2 bathrooms for us — a main family bathroom and a small shower room converted to a wet room. The main bathroom required significant structural work due to a poorly designed prior layout. From the initial quote they stood out, proposing thoughtful solutions and coming in at an excellent price. They delivered the full service: ripping out, construction, installation, and waste removal. Being an old house, they encountered several issues along the way — some minor, others more significant such as rotten floor joists — and handled everything without needing to bring in outside help, which was fantastic. They couldn't have been more accommodating throughout. The only downside was the project overran quite significantly, partly due to the unexpected issues. However, given the quality of service, excellent value for money, and the end result, it's not enough to affect my rating — 5 stars. Many thanks!

Norbert Fitted our new bathroom he did a fantastic job The company that supplied our show sent the wrong size They promised to deliver the next day (Friday)didn’t show due to their van braking down. Had no idea when they would be delivering. ( the old bathroom was in the front garden at this point) Norbert rang around on the Saturday till he got the size we where needing Then drove from Glasgow to Glenrothes worked for 5 hour drove back to Glasgow Then came back out on the Sunday worked with his mate for 13 hours till the job was completed I would use him again and recommend him

Really terrible experience with both Aquila Management Services and the plumbers they subcontracted, George Dick and Sons. Good first impressions which is why I chose them despite it not being the cheapest quote I got, but every single thing that was done was done badly. The job took four weeks to complete (I was told it would take one week) and the entire time involved me having to bring up many problems and things that had been done wrong. I was never given a breakdown of costs of fitting and materials despite having asked for it on multiple occasions. I have been left with the wrong bath, wrong taps in the sink, and messy, shoddy work. On top of this, I was refused any discount at all when I asked for it and was threatened with legal action if I did not pay in full. Aquila refused to take any responsibility for any of the problems, and were very patronising towards me. As a result I would definitely not recommend this company, and I would say the same for the plumbing company George Dick and Sons. Best case scenario they were totally incompetent, worst case scenario, complete cowboys who are only around to take advantage of people.
