I could see he knew what he was doing and he sourced the part needed and fitted it all within a few hours. I look forward to inviting him back to do the tiling once the materials are in stock.

As our homecare service claimed that the seepage issue of our bathroom was outside the plan, we sourced a plumber from here to help solving the problems. Upon short notice, Nathan helped replacing the shower cubicle but then found the seepage persisted. He spared no efforts to chase every possible cause and discovered the failed part of cylinder which we returned to the maintenance contracter for replacement eventually. We were impressed by the attitude how Nathan helped us patiently when he was being asked to replace and add other plumbing items to the job. Happy to recommend Nathan and his team of their high quality services, and the jobs are reasonably priced. A freindly and responsible local service that one can trust! We have already booked him for another job at home!

I am a time served tiler who has been in the industry since leaving school. I owned an ran a successful company boasting many large contracts over the years. Paul did the job in Dec 2018 for our ensuite, on the first floor of our house. Ever since then we have had some or the other issue with his work. Leaks upon leaks on practically each and every bathroom unit he has installed - shower cabinet/wash basin/shower itself/towel rail/Douche. Its not even 11 months and he is unreachable on calls / WhatsApp. Because of the incessant leaks on the ensuite, the living room underneath has been flooded and has developed a lot of stains on the walls. The tiles were laid in the ensuite without grouting and any kind of waterproof membranes underneath. Result was dancing tiles within a few weeks of installation. Am having to retile the ensuite now and more weird things are visible internally - heating pipes normally of dimensions 10 mm for towel rail are having an unwanted conversion to 8mm thickness - leading to leaks. Hose pipes for shower waste are reused in the wash basin even though wrong size Some tiles were not even laid with tile adhesives but just silicon. Abs No grout whatsoever between the tiles. Tiles laid directly on the floor board without any membranes. And these are the words of another tradesmen sorting out Paul's mess. Please Beware !! Note: I would like to upload photos of the above claims but not sure how. Thankfully there was about 200 GBP which I did not pay him at the time, which I am able to recoup some of my costs for retiling.

Great experience from start to finish. Very competitively priced and Ryan and his team were punctual, professional and very tidy in every aspect of their workmanship. Our job was a big one “complete en suite renovation, multiple towel rails and radiators fitted around the house as well as bath plumbing” and it was done in budget, on time and with minimal disruption. I would highly recommend Ryan and his team and will be using Ryt Plumbing for future renovations. Thanks guys.
