The project commenced in January and was completed in July. Throughout the project, Brendan demonstrated a high level of expertise and professionalism. He consistently sought my input and ensured that all decisions were made in consultation with me. The team arrived on time each day and maintained a high standard of workmanship. The annex was completed on schedule, and my grandmother has since moved in. While there are still some minor tasks that require my attention, I am extremely pleased with the overall outcome of the project and the leadership provided by Brendan.
