Chris was absolutely fantastic - he made very good impression when when he come to quote. Give us reasonable price and said he can start and complete the same week. He is very friendly, professional and extremely tidy. We are very pleased with the finish on our living room ceiling and walls. Everything looks so nice and is very smooth now :) Chris is multi skilled proffesional with a lot of experience, hard to find people like this who can do everything from plastering, plumbing, tiling and electric. But he can! We would highly recommend Chris and for sure we will use him for our future projects!

Jim&Harry, cannot praise them enough for their workmanship. Highly recommend, exceeded all expectations and more. A few of their many qualities being, pleasant, punctual, extremely clean & tidy all round professional experience. Very reasonable pricing and can only say gave 100% dedication to giving me the perfect bathroom. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner for previous projects. Will not hesitate to use again and have already advised family &workmates this is the team you will regret not using. Will post pictures on their Facebook for a visual delight. I never left feedback because I was simply too upset with the job, I wanted to forget the whole shoddy affair, however after the job recently cost me a lot more money to fix a gaping hole in the wall that let loads of water in I feel I must inform others. Brickwork is uneven, not pointed in properly, awful floor level. Roof isn't braced down, I dred a windy day. The job went on for about 10 times longer than quoted, he was rarely here and just left a trainee to try his best! cost more than quote and was a million miles away from what I had asked for or wanted. I am happy to let anyone from MyBuilder come and view the handywork, in fact I insist. This is just my job and my personal opinion of Dean's work, others appear to have been satisfied. I feel Dean had a main job and was just fitting me in as an when he could be bothered to turn up. Excuses about van , stock, weather I heard them all, my favourite was that he would be with me within a couple of hours, he must have got lost because he turned up 3 days later!

We were impressed with Dave - he knew we'd been badly let down by a plumber/builder - and he offered to do the jobs we needed doing for a fair price. That was about 3 months ago. Since then communication has been a major problem - the lack of it. Emails, calls and texts unanswered. Promised start dates came and went without further contact. In the end Dave responded to a message by saying he wanted to pass the job on to someone else who we knew nothing about. Since then there has been no reply to our last email and he's disappeared! We're back where we were 4 months ago! Thought that using My Builder would end this sort of thing.
