He completed the job in the time he predicted and did an excellent job fitting our bathroom. Andrew's work is excellent! From the very first contact, through to completion Andrew has been professional, friendly and reliable. The price is competitive, but Andrew does not compromise on the quality of work. Andrew is very tidy, and during the week the work was being carried out, it was fantastic to be coming back from work and instead of worrying about the mess, we were excited to see the progress of work and how much better our bathroom was looking every day. Nothing is a problem for Andrew, he had to order our bath panel, as it was an unusual shape. Andrew did all the research and sourced the panel, and had to do some extra work. He never charged extra for the additional time.We are very happy with the work, and relieved to have found a reliable tradesman. Highly recommend!

Mark gave me a price and a date for a bathroom refit. A week before the bathroom was due to be started Mark did not reply to any phone calls, messages or e-mails. Knowing that we were taking tiles off in preparation for the job, he never turned up. Mark has left us with no bathroom and no reason as to why the job could not be completed. Extremely unprofessional. Would definitely not recommended.

Jay came to price the job after making contact and his communication was clear. We live in a very old house with lots of quirks; he took this into account and saved us a bit of money with the plastering. Plaster was falling off the ceiling and a couple of walls and he inspected the whole room, telling us we were fine to leave two of the walls as they were, as all seemed solid. I imagine he could have told us to have the whole room done, but instead we only had done what was needed. Jay managed to slot us in quickly, completing the work over two half days (allowing the pre-plaster adhesive coat to dry over night), finishing the job on a Saturday morning as a team of two. The price quoted was what we were charged. It's now been about a month since the work was completed, and we're very happy with the results. The room was skimmed nicely and the surface was very smooth. We coated it with Screwfix bare plaster paint before giving it a top coat, and the finish is great. We'll be using him again for future jobs and I have no problems recommending him.

Came to the location and did the job there and then. He said all it needs is a seal between the tiles and the lead coming down the valley. He cemented the lead valley and painted it with bitumen. Didn't seal either side of the lead where it meets the tiles. I asked for the flash band to be removed which they didn't do and painted over it. Took three people, a ladder and about 30 mins and charged quite a lot for the job and already had the stuff in the truck which I assume was paid for by another customer, but that's not an issue, wherever profit could be made I guess. It doesn't mean the job should be done carelessly. "Trust me, I know what I'm doing". He guaranteed the job and said he'll come back if it didn't stop the leak and if it didn't work the second time, then he will give a full refund. I did call him as the leak continued but after several messages of excuses started ignoring my request. Very keen for a review. So thanks very much for your help and honouring your guarantee.
